Copibe is an International Business Corporation, incorporated in the city of Charlestown, Nevis in July 2007. The company's principal office is Charlestown, Nevis. All operations, from administration, to product conception, and development, take place at this leased office location. The company plans to open offices in multiple foreign countries as it expands and their staff grows beyond its current three full-time employees.

Copibe offers several services to its clients. Starting from a simple website conception, Copibe will restructure the client website to produce a website which will be profitable within a short period of time. We are aware that a majority of websites on the Internet are not structured nor are they optimized for today’s search engines. Many of these websites were created to increase their visibility in order to increase sales and profit, but without a well conceived structure and the proper search engine optimization, these websites can be, for the most part, considered a loss of time and money. Within the next few months, Copibe will offer the service of reorganization of existing Internet websites. This will be a consultation service where we will offer an analysis of their websites and offer the customer options in order to restructure and make their websites more profitable. All our services will be available to all our customers in order to give them the best possible solutions for their needs.

Service Description

Copibe selects products which meet the following criteria:
  • Benefits the customer: the product must materially benefit the customer in some way. This may manifest itself as a side benefit, an improvement of current services, or an additional revenue stream to the customer;
  • Cost/Benefit Ratio: the benefits realized must be greater than the cost of implementation, production, and maintenance of the product within a short period of time; and
  • Maintainability: the product must be fully supportable without the intervention of the companies who sold the individual components. Copibe has past experience with products where source code and other maintenance resources were no longer available and this has caused major difficulties to the customer. Therefore, Copibe has a strong preference for Open Source and similar distribution methods where source code is available.
